SiC Electric Water Pump Sleevs

HuaCera® silicon carbide bearings significantly enhance the reliability, service life, and operational stability of electric water pumps with their high hardness, excellent wear resistance, superior corrosion resistance, and high-temperature performance, improving energy efficiency and becoming a key supporting component for high-performance electric water pumps.

Silicon carbide bearings address pain points that traditional alumina or graphite bearings cannot solve in electric water pumps, such as wear from dry running, wear due to poor lubrication, contamination entering the bearing; chemical and electrochemical corrosion issues; bearing thermal deformation caused by temperature rise, overheating, and thermal stress; as well as aging problems of alumina and graphite bearings.

Silicon carbide ceramic bearings used in electric water pumps can withstand temperatures up to 1200°C, with a service life exceeding 50,000 hours.
