HuaCera® silicon carbide is meticulously developed and engineered to maximize its unique material properties, including precise grain structure control to optimize grain size and porosity.

Our experts utilize a variety of manufacturing processes, such as dry pressing, cold isostatic pressing, hot pressing, and a combination of forming methods, to create the optimal material for the application. We employ batch production techniques and precision machining to meet application and custom specifications.

HuaCera® SiC has excellent fine grain microstructure and physical properties, capable of withstanding the most demanding working conditions in various industries.

HuaCera® A SiC

HuaCera® A SiC features good chemical resistance, low density, high hardness, and wear resistance, excellent thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion coefficient. It demonstrates good geometric stability under stress and long-term using. HuaCera® A SiC combines all these specific advantages of sintered silicon carbide, with a very fine grain structure (<10 microns) and no free silicon.

HuaCera® P SiC

HuaCera® P SiC has unique microporous and graphite lubrication mechanism make it an excellent material for friction pairs and wear-resistant. It has self-lubricating function, improves idling and mixed friction characteristics, and provides the ability to cope with harsh working conditions such as instantaneous dry friction and semi-dry friction.

HuaCera® XA SiC

HuaCera® XA SiC, an ultra-low porosity, fine-grain material, has very high mechanical strength and edge stability, suitable for demanding applications with high stress loads and high speeds. It is an ideal material for complex thermal and mechanical loads and an excellent choice for light-weighted optical components.
