SiC components for wear-resistant equipment
HuaCera® SiC is a dense submicron single-phase ceramic with high thermal conductivity, excellent corrosion and erosion resistance, and significant advantages in wear-resistant applications.
HuaCera® sintered silicon carbide material has high hardness that can be processed into smooth, highly polished surfaces with low friction coefficients.
HuaCera® SiC performs excellently and reliably under extreme temperatures, pressures, and corrosive environments. Compared to traditional wear-resistant materials like tungsten carbide and alumina, it has a longer service life.
Thanks to the technology accumulated and mastered over many years, HuaCera® SiC is made into wear-resistant plates, inserts, linings, rollers, nozzles, and other parts. It is widely used as linings for conveyor pipes, cyclones, sand mills, sandblasting equipment components, and extensively applied in the harsh processing fields of nickel ore, gold ore, rare earth mining, automotive surface polishing, grease processing, textile, and paper machinery.
