SiC Die Sleeve
Pressureless Sintered Silicon Carbide is an extremely hard and durable ceramic material with excellent wear resistance, superior thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion coefficient, HuaCera® SiC die sleeve after precision machining and optical polishing, the surface roughness can reach <1nm (RMS) with an excellent optical processing surface, making it very suitable for use as a die in glass molding processes. HuaCera® SiC die sleeve is applied in aspheric glass molding field, significantly improving the quality of aspheric glass lenses and the service life of the mold.
